I’ve been witnessing and learning discernment for a life time. I have been the muse and the photographer, the dancer and the choreographer, the wounded and the healer.

I come from a performance history that has embraced fragility, connection and vulnerability as strength since my youth. Creating movement memories, choreographing for stage, improvisational word and movement performances, collaborating with musicians, appearing in music videos, emerging into songwriting. Photographing portraits and performance. I became someone that can capture with impeccable timing and sensitivity. Developing style in all my crafts.

Divination

The art of relying on or turning towards symbology to decipher, discern, gain diagnostics around the energy projections of a moment or situation. Giving options for will to be applied or released. Allows for deeper introspection.

Energetics

Calibrating the body to run or release different energies, dynamics, and concepts through the field. Can be both conceptual and physical. The art of subtle feeling and energy pathways in body. Self-contained and interconnected.

Visualization / Imagination

Vivid imagination that communicates with the viscera, being, and mind. Can be both Intentional or Emergent Imagery. Belongs to the art of transformation, communion, sensation summoning, and creating opportunity. Allows body being to gain access to feeling and ways of being. Can be used to transmute and cleanse system. Can be used to send signals and receive nourishment.

Embodiment

The bodily presence of awareness and values that move and shine within movement and being. Concepts live outside the body or in the mind, whereas embodiment is the art of inhabitance. Being of the body. What is the texture of consciousness infused into a body. What story or virtue desires expression? How connected is an individual to the archives, resonance, and artistry within the body. How we become beacons and impact others without grand gestures.

Language

Words are spells. Our language creates, mends, reveals, destroys, provokes, tickles, and clarifies. Becoming playful, intimate, and intentional with language allows for exactitude and tenderness . . . creating experiences and bringing forth presence. We can sharpen our consciousness and direction with word depth.

Intuition

The experience of the senses communicating a knowing. Intuition exists beyond logic and can pair with other forms of knowing to guide, soothe, create, navigate. Everyone has intuition, the same as we all live with desire, creativity, and a uniqueness of sensitivity.

  • Natalie’s work is phenomenal. I have never met anyone who so seamlessly weaves together energy healing, movement and visualization into a single experience. Working with them was a very unique healing experience that I didn't know I needed but I really, really did.
